Bacardi Imports & Demand Planning Coordinator

Right now, we are looking for a passionate and self-driven Bacardi Imports & Demand Planning Coordinator to join our Demand Planning team in Athens.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation, combining statistical forecast and commercial inputs in cooperation with the Commercial team and other relevant stakeholders.
• Deliver the forecast for the short & long-term horizon in alignment with the commercial teams.
• Review historical sales trends and customer behaviors, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance to understand demand forecast drivers and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
• Communicate the replenishment forecast to the external suppliers and align with them on the feasibility of the plan.
• Place the relevant purchase orders in ERP to confirm the imports to the suppliers.
• Supervise all freight flows & ensure that customs clearances & releases are done on time to safeguard the delivery of all import goods in the required timeframe.
• Maintain an updated archive with all the documentation needed.
• Secure Purchase Orders and Demand Forecast are executed in such a way to avoid Write-Offs.

 Requirements: 

• At least 3 years or relevant experience, preferably in Planning, Customer Service & Logistics roles.
• Good knowledge of the imports & demand planning processes.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
