Position Title: Spare Part Store Clerk

Job Purpose:
Manage Spare parts, Lubricant, tools, and final spares preparation for planned maintenance execution from the spare parts store. He/she will coordinate spare part receiving and issuing, and when necessary, execute tasks deemed important for business as requested by the immediate supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures (to be planned/scheduled) safety-related maintenance tasks are planned and scheduled OTIF for (safe) execution.
- Inspect arrival parts together with ME, fill the inspection Form, and the Discrepancy report ( if any shortage)
- Prepares parts and tools for planned maintenance executions.
- Receives/transfers parts into the spare parts store in accordance with the supply process.
- Arrange storage location, shelving the incoming parts, and encoding the Bin Number in the system
- Issues parts for work preparation.
- Return parts from work preparation to the spare part store
- Executes cycle counting.
- Conducts Tagging if required or appropriate.
- Ships materials out of the brewery (back to vendor for repair or other) in accordance with the supply process
- Manages repairable in accordance with the supply process.
- Responsible for the administration of lubricants. (receiving and issuing
- Checks availability and resupplies high-turnover parts.
- Issues of spares and proper stock control of emergency stock takes (per shift).
- Identify non-conforming products separately & scrap them when receiving instructions from TM with valid evidence
- Acquiring proper safety facilities & controlling the cleanliness of spare parts.
- Ensure the availability of printing materials and equipment
- Works in the spare parts store and is responsible for the execution of related processes, works together with the spare parts planner (SPP), and reports to the spare parts team leader (SPTL).
- Alignment with the Procurement Team i.e., ensures that the arrival POs received at the Port location in the given accounting period
- Coordination and alignment regarding handovers between the planning team and the maintenance execution, both from handing over to execution and/or receiving returned materials from the execution team.
- Covers for Spare Parts Team Leader if required or when he/she is on holiday.
- Executes 5S spare parts/lubricants (maintain proper storage conditions).
- Make the receiving and consumption report every week to SPTL ME, TM, and SPTL
- Maintain new items, update the Bin number in CMMS.
- Uses the MRP data and ensures with Spare Parts Coordinator and Maintenance Engineer the settings are up to date.
- Properly filing the documents and records.
- Stock counting report for reconciliation to Business Controller/BC, SPTL, TM
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences and/or Equivalent Secondary vocational education (Practitioner-level and/or similar).
Experience and skills required
- Proven affinity with storekeeping activities.
