Position Title: Master Data Specialist

Job Purpose:
Oversee the comprehensive management of all sales system data, including uploading, maintaining, and validating data to ensure accuracy and integrity. Partner closely with the Digital & Technology (D&T) team to configure data in alignment with global standards, ensuring consistency and compliance across all platforms. Efficiently manage and process new data requests or changes, ensuring timely and high-quality responses to meet business needs. Regularly update and maintain master data for customers, products, users, and distributors across all digital sales tools, ensuring data is current and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management
- Work with the product owners to develop the implementation plan.
- Perform Integration and acceptance testing.
- Collect and Validate Change Requests
Master data configurations detail
- Sales Data Management: Oversee the uploading, maintenance, and validation of all sales system data.
- Collaboration with D&T: Work closely with the D&T team to configure data and insights are according to global standards.
- Request Handling: Manage and fulfill new or change requests promptly and with high quality.
- Data Governance: Ensure robust data governance practices are in place.
- Customer Master Data: Maintain and validate new customer master data.
- Product Master Data: Upload and maintain product master data.
- User Administration: In collaboration with IT, create, maintain, and update sales force user data on digital sales tools.
- Outlet Execution Standards: Update and deactivate execution KPI targets, define standards per channel, and manage creation and distribution reporting.
- Survey Management: Create, upload, and report surveys.
- Issue Resolution: Regularly align with D&T to investigate causes and develop permanent solutions for recurring challenges.
- Performance Reporting: Generate reports on the quality and management of sales systems data.
- Master Data Capability: Train and ensure data owners and stakeholders are informed about data governance practices and workflows.
- Master Data Harmonization: Lead the integration of digital tools and ensure data harmonization across all platforms.
- Data Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy rules and regulations.
- Import Data Management: Manage the Import Data Manager Tool.
- CRM Data Management: Import and export CRM data using the Data Tool to update or provide CRM information.
- Coaching and Visit Plans: Generate coaching and visit plans.
- Campaign Management: Generate campaigns, appointments, and sales zone messages.
- Outlet Information: Update outlet information in close collaboration with the sales force.
First Point of Contact for Users for Data Management
- Point of contact for end-users on all questions, incidents, and problems for the Sales Systems Data Management solution
- Responsible for maintaining who does what for all local business activities.
- Propose actions and activities required for resolving the problem or incident related to Data Management
- Align regularly with OpCo IT to investigate causes and create a permanent solution for reoccurring challenges.
- Integration and harmonization of all Data in all Sales Systems
- Check the data integration and harmonization throughout all Sales Systems (SEM, B2B, CNET…)
- Generate reports on the performance of sales systems, including data quality and management.

Job Requirements
Experience and Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related fields (data analysis, business analysis, IT Project Manager (data integration and data harmonization and system implementation), ERP Specialist) …
Education
- Degree qualifications (BA, BSc, MA, MBA, MSc) in the following fields are preferable in IT, MIS, BIS, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or Marketing
