Position Title: Draught Manager

Job Purpose:
The Draught Manager role exists to define the draught strategy in the country and guide the implementation of it through the Sales Team. She/He will be the owner of the Draught Strategy definition, from the RTM to the Perfect Serve, having P&L responsibility and coordinating the Team of the trade marketing coordinator, from the channel strategy definition to the POSM definition and management
Key Responsibilities

- Have a strategic mindset to define a sustainable draught strategy focusing on: RTM, Portfolio, Quality, Services, Equipment’s
- Have a 360° mentality to manage and influence different areas/functions: commerce, logistics, capabilities, sales operations, finance
- RESEARCH MARKET ANALYSIS & COMPETITIVE BENCHMARKING

- Strong external focus to understand trends in the market and a continual evaluation of how our product offerings compare to the competition.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer (participating in research, conducting data analysis, and reading/listening to customer feedback) to effectively serve as the voice of the customer during product development or initiative execution.
- Periodic physical trade visit for the purpose of gathering feedback to develop best practices and tools.
- PROJECT EXECUTION AND MANAGEMENT

- Design strategy focused on attracting, developing and retaining customers.
- Revised the DBE strategy in Ethiopia in collaboration with the Global team to offer a better consumer experience and create efficiency
- Define dedicated target by region in term of DBE, Brand and additional KPI
- Have a better control of the Draught Equipment in the market and in house, to forecast and improve year on year our Assets strategy and performance
- LEADERSHIP

- Provide leadership and expertise that establishes credibility with business partners and increase the focus on draught
- Drive the opco results on draught, influencing the sales team (123 SRs) via an indirect reporting
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

- Enable alignment among commercial teams (i.e., Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing)
- Responsible for ensuring planning during SP, ICP, AP & Business Review cycles of the contact center is included
Job Requirements
Experience and Skills
- Degree qualifications (BA, BSc, MA, MBA, MSc) in the following fields are preferable: Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Marketing.
Education
- 5 Years and above in relevant areas and Prior experience in the following areas would be enabling:
- Sales
- Trade Marketing
- Marketing
- Project Management
- Finance
