Position Title: Deployment Specialist

Locations: Head Office

Job Grade: 10

Job Purpose:

Collaborate with product owners to develop and implement rollout plans for all digital sales tools. Create and develop coaching and training modules for field sales staff. Train and coach, the field sales force on Sales System functionality and new operational methods. Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, addressing all questions, incidents, and issues related to the sales systems solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Management
    • Collaborate with product owners to develop and project plans.
    • Ensure the project plan is on track and report progress regularly.
    • Follow up on the field coaching implementation plan to ensure proper execution.
    • Knowledge management
    • Develop coaching and training modules for field sales staff.
    • Train the field sales force on Sales System functionality and new operational methods.
    • Provide in-field coaching.
    • Ensure proper training and handover to new Key Users.
    • Train end-users.
    • Maintain local training materials while supporting Key Users.
    • Clearly document local roles and responsibilities.
    • Follow up on training and coaching performance reports to ensure continuous improvement.
    • First Point of Contact for Users
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users regarding all questions, incidents, and issues related to the sales systems solution.
    • Maintain a comprehensive list detailing responsibilities for all local business activities.
    • Report on overall sales systems performance.
    • Propose actions and activities required to resolve problems or incidents.
    • Regularly align with D&T, Global, and local support teams to investigate root causes and develop permanent solutions for recurring challenges.
    • Set Sales System business objectives.
    • Receive detailed insights from local sales system Users.
    • Look out for which functionalities the OpCo should adopt to contribute to the business objectives.
  • Perform other activities as assigned by supervisor.

 

 

Job Requirements

Experience and Skills

  • Degree qualifications (BA, BSc, MA, MBA, MSc) in the following fields are preferable:

IT, MIT, BIS, Sales, Business, Marketing, Information Technology

Education

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in IT deployment, project management, or a related field1.
  • Experience specifically in deploying and managing digital tools and systems is highly valued.
  • Prior experience the Sales function
  • Manage hardware like Computers, Tablets, and phones.
