Position Title: Business Analyst

Job Purpose:
Manage all aspects (structure and transactions) of the cost base for production and Logistics. The final goal is to ensure the correctness and completeness of our product costing on a monthly basis (P&L and Balance Sheet) while optimizing costs. Overall control and reporting of OPCO Capex planning and actualization. Business Partnering with the Supply Chain Director, Supply Chain Management Team, and the Accounting & Reporting (all streams).
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and control of the Variable Costs for Supply Chain (production):

- Cost building as part of the Annual Plan process; reforecast of the costs on a quarterly basis (RoFo).
- Monthly Costing and variance analysis of variable items consumptions per brewery (raw materials, packaging materials, process & auxiliary materials) vs. standard consumptions/costs, per hl of beer produced/packed.
- Monthly review of average prices of main items per breweries: vs. previous weeks, vs. landed cost from purchasing, vs. standard costs.
- Supply Chain Fixed costs control, Functional P&L reporting and analysis (FGP):
- Monthly P&L reporting and analysis (by Nature & by Function), (absolute and per hl), actual vs AP and RoFo.
- Monthly reporting of SC P&L as % of Revenue
- Closely follow up of cost to serve cost in collaboration with the regional support team
- Follow up R&M cost of supply chain and ensure costs are incurred as per the standards.
- Yearly review of systematic account & cost center allocation in Heilite and continuous improvement of the Cost Center Structure for Supply Chain.
- Monthly Supply Chain Accruals and Prepayments:
- Set annual plan for monthly SC accruals prepayments process cycle.
- Lead the monthly Supply Chain accruals and prepayments process (communication, data collection, summarizing, analysis and reporting).
- Lead the compilation, analysis and reporting of monthly Supply Chain accruals.
- Ensure proper posting in Heilite and post-period reversals.
- Ensure the correctness of the cost base data:
- Control and review periodic stock count processes for breweries & depots, in collaboration with the ‘Warehouse & Transport Manager’.
- Control and review the monthly reporting of ‘obsolete items’ by brewery in collaboration with the Supply Chain stake holders.
- Control and report on SC Capex:
- Definition of the investment plan (yearly CAPEX Annual Plan, reforecast of the investments for a12-months rolling forecast of investments).
- Coordination of all Fund Applications for Supply Chain related investments.
- Control Supply Chain Fixed Assets and related accounting topics (creation of Fixed Asset card in Heilite, definition of a lifetime, recommendation of a starting date).
- Planning & control over the company depreciations, mostly related to Supply Chain; coordination for the other functions.
- Reporting of the ‘Continuous CAPEX Plan’ (quarterly & annually) and ‘Supply Chain Assets’ (annually) in CIL.
- Reporting of monthly financial progress of Contraction and Expansion projects, to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and communicate on a monthly basis “12 months rolling cash flow forecast”.
- Verify, Code and control day today transactions related to SC Capex and insure proper documentation in coordination with Purchasing and Accounting teams.
- Ensure proper creation of Fixed Asset card in Heilite, defining useful lifetime, setting depreciation starting date and transfer of costs from WIP to FA cards.
- In addition to the previous, the SCBA participates in all necessary ad-hoc analysis requests/activities within the Business Control Team.
Job Requirements
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting Degree
Experience and skills
- The job can be at 2 different levels:
- BA: 2 – 4-years’ experience
Experiences required in management accounting/controlling/external audit
