The Commerce function, encompassing both marketing and sales teams, is pivotal in driving brand growth and innovation. Marketing focuses on creating compelling brand narratives and strategies that resonate with consumers. Meanwhile, the sales team ensures product availability and accessibility, fostering strong customer relationships and maximizing market reach. Together, they propel the company's success.
Incorporating brewing, quality, packaging, maintenance, engineering, and logistics, is essential for product production and quality assurance. Brewing and packaging teams ensure the product meets high standards, while maintenance and engineering teams keep machinery running smoothly. Logistics guarantees efficient distribution, ensuring products reach consumers promptly and in perfect condition.
Including D&T, P&CI, Procurement, Tax and Treasury, Corporate Finance, Accountancy, and other Sub-Functions, is vital for financial stability and strategic growth. D&T integrates data and technology, P&CI ensures process control, procurement manages sourcing, tax and treasury handle fiscal responsibilities, corporate finance drives strategic initiatives, and accountancy maintains accurate records. Together, they safeguard the company's financial health.
Covering facilities, HR Core Function, and SHE team, is essential for employee well-being and organizational efficiency. Facilities ensure a safe and productive work environment, HR core function manages recruitment, development, and employee relations, while the SHE team focuses on health, safety, and environmental standards. Together, they foster a supportive and compliant workplace.
Combine legal counsel, public relations, and internal communication, is crucial for safeguarding the company's interests and reputation. Legal counsel ensures adherence to laws and regulations, compliance maintains ethical standards, public relations manage the company's image, and internal communication fosters transparent and effective dialogue within the organization. Management Trainee Program at TANGO is an 18 to 24-month journey crafted for aspiring professionals. This immersive program offers a comprehensive understanding of various career paths within TANGO, providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and rotational assignments across different departments.
