Zone Manager - AB Cairo - Off Trade

Job Purpose:

Plans, manages, coaches, and directs the team within a designated geographical zone to achieve the

company’s objectives and ensure optimum utilization of resources with continuous improvement of Al Ahram

Beverages Company’s (ABC) sales strategy to minimize the risk and increase volume and value in the zone.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborates closely with the distributor's sales staff, providing advice, direction, and coaching, and

ensuring standards are met.

2. Builds strong, long-term connections with wholesalers and key decision makers at all levels throughout the

zone.

3. Ensures that the distributor completes duties on schedule and in full using the necessary sales systems and

processes.

4. Allows for the construction of a month-by-month sales projection for each brand.

5. Estimates demand based on seasonality and company-planned activity.

6. Forecasts properly and analyzes changes in sales statistics.

7. Uses a variety of questioning strategies to find relevant consumer demands.

8. Uses a planned opening statement to pique the customer's attention and successfully delivers the

proposition's features, advantages, and benefits utilizing selling tools.

9. Engages in organized negotiations with a consumer, explaining the value of the proposal before bargaining

or exchanging variables in priority order. Concessions are exchanged for something of value, and a variety

of techniques are used to attain aims.

10. Leads, inspires, and develops a high-performing team by setting demanding goals and providing

constructive criticism and coaching.

11. Maintains customer service standards and rules.

12. Identifies opportunities to enhance customer service and collaborates with relevant parties to implement changes.

13. Consolidates the contents of daily, weekly and monthly reports and analyses them to identify opportunities to increase distribution of brands.

14. Develops monthly objectives and communicates them with the regional sales manager and sales team.

15. Updates standardized customer folders on a monthly basis.

16. Includes information about the customer's company, strategy, and goals.

17. Analyzes the overall and relevant business performance of the customer.

18. Details the company's objectives, strategies, and plans for customers, as well as an appraisal of the company's performance in relation to them. 19. Oversees and oversees the negotiation and execution of trade arrangements with retail outlets.

20. Supports distributor inventory management by analyzing stock in relation to market demand and ensuring stock levels are optimal and protected in the best way possible to guarantee quality requirements are met.

21. Ensures that assets are utilised efficiently and that goods are put appropriately in accordance with standards in order to achieve the desired volume.

22. Looks for possibilities with outlets by diversifying and branding items to make money.

23. Leads debt collections, monitors debt renewals, and reduces debt expenses. Disclaimer: Other duties assigned as needed.

 

Education & Experiences:

Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Business Administration is preferable

Years of Experience 6 - 8 years of experience in Sales field

 

Qualifications & Other:

Requirements Excellent command of English Language
