Transportation Planner Team Leader

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of the delivery on time orders.
  • Responsible for batch planning.
  • Responsible to monitor the efficiency of preventive maintenance of the fleet and forklift, on the SAP.
  • Monitor and ensure that all the fleet expenses are enter correctly on SAP and GPS and the cycle of document is adhering to the ABC policy
  • Monitoring telematics devices reports with violations
  • Responsible for fleet renovation.
  • Responsible for trucks utilization average trips
  • Responsible for truck capacity.
  • Responsible to ensure applying of the safety rules on road while delivering the orders.
  • Ensure proper handling of clients through customer service team including Drinkies stores.
  • Responsible for vehicles load and routings to save time and cost.
  • Follow up on the SAP reports.
  • Telematics follow-up .
  • Responsible to monitor the productivity of his staff.
  • Responsible to achieve STI of his staff reporting to the job holder.
  • Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements
  • Responsible for managing and enhancing Perfect Customer Order (PCO) to ensure optimum time management and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the movement of Drinkies orders with the warehouses through POS system B2B and SAP System
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers (preventive and corrective maintenance & spare parts suppliers).
  • Ensure that all the fleet expenses are enter correctly on SAP and GPS and the cycle of document is adhering to the ABC policy.
  • Placing the preventive maintenance of the fleet and forklift, on the SAP.
  • Responsible for batch planning.
  • Ensure proper handling of clients through customer service team including Drinkies stores.
  • Responsible of vehicles load, utilization and routing.
  • Responsible for managing and enhancing Perfect Customer Order (PCO) to ensure optimum time management and customer satisfaction.

 

Functional Competencies:

  • Deal smoothly the warehousing operation.
  • Deal with different cultures and backgrounds in order to improve / correct their attitude regarding safety
  • Escalate to plant manager/ line management safety and Environmental observation, areas for improvement and recommendation for improvements.
  • Paid all efforts to ensure continual Safety and Environmental compliance and performance continual improvements

 

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Coaching his team to ensure success of Perfect Customer Order.
  • Transportation team calibrations and vacations approvals.
  • Developing leadership and technical skills of the team
  • Providing structured feedback to the team
  • Leading and inspiring his team
  • Managing in high pressure situations
  • Communication and Work Relationships with sales team inside warehouse, Sales Department, finance department, security and internal audit.

 

Functional Authority: 

  • Transportation and Distributing Tasks.
  • The preventive maintenance of the forklifts.
