Transformation and Program Manager

Job Purpose

The Transformation and Program Manager orchestrates and drives the digital applications and transformation agenda of ABC. Enable the people and organization to truly embed ‘Digital & Technology.

 

Duties and Responsibilities  

Business Value & Orchestration

  • Accelerate, orchestrate, deliver, and contribute to become the best-connected brewer
  • Value orchestration and prioritization in alignment with function leads
  • Focus on re-usability & scalability of solutions
  • Drive end-to-end orchestration and strive for seamless collaboration between all organizational levels, with one voice from Global/ Regions/Functions to OpCos.
  • Drive Digital Change management of Digital and Technology Solutions across functions through the Digital Champions and Influencers
  • Orchestrate and lead Agile Way of Working and it’s methodology within the OpCo, evident through the deployment of digital solutions
  •  
  • Work with Commerce to build the OpCo’s Route to Market and define OpCo’s digital revenue

Stakeholders Engagement

  • Engage with business functions to elicit their requirements and translate same to technology solutions.
  • Align with the D&T Manager and other D&T leadership team in setting the business priorities of the opco
  • Journey mapping for different functions by standardizing the approach to identifying user pain points

Global, Regional and Other Opco’s Partnership

  • Partner and collaborate with the Region and other OpCos in identifying common solutions and apps development to drive HEINEKEN’s strategy
  • Serve as an OpCo’s representative at Region & Global level in leading conversations around common Global solutions and initiatives

OpCo & Employee’s Digital Capability

  • Upskill the whole organization to a minimum level of “digital literacy” and start “speaking the digital language”
  • Develop the capabilities framework of the OPCO in line with the established global framework
  • Prioritize and manage these capabilities in line with the OPCO’s ambition
  • Progress the capability framework in line with both the OPCO and global agenda
  • Monitor current trend in the IT industry and advise the business functions on latest and most viable IT services that can aid their operations
  • Develop and Upskill team members and support through closing the digital skill gaps
  • Lead from the D&T working closely with OpCo’s HR and Global HR on employee’s Digital Upskill and Reskilling programs

Digital Solution Delivery

  • Plan, run, and own digital & technology activities (excl. core technology activities)
  • Support the business deliveries of digital solutions using digital methodologies provided by D&T
  • Lead own team members to own and run digital & technology initiatives

Agile Portfolio and Program Management

  • Continuously adopt and embed an Agile way of working
  • Organize to facilitate speed and flexibility in the D&T and OpCo
  • Manage Agile program and Portfolio management Office

People and Change Management

  • Enable the people and organization to truly embed ‘Digital & Technology’ as an inherent part of both strategy shaping and execution
  • Lead the adoption of best practiced relevant change management activities
  • Liaison with global change consultants to create bespoke change roadmaps for the OpCo

Coaching and People Development

  • Provide leadership to ensure the continuous improvement process and quality management of existing and new solutions.
  • Regularly coach the PMOs Team members of transformation and program Management team to deliver and manage own stakeholders
  • Ensure applying business partner concept and way of working with all business functions
  • Support the career growth of D&T team members
  • Guide new team members in onboarding process
  • Promote a continuously improving environment

 

Education & Experiences

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science Engineering

Years of Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in project delivery, IT roles or similar in FMCG industry. 

Qualifications & Other Requirements

  • Excellent command of English Language
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for different audience including Executive
  • Skilled in Agile WOW (Agile Coach level), Agile way of working and tools (SCRUM, Design Thinking, etc.)
  • Skilled in Cloud services, Smart Technologies, Azure Application Pipelines, API Management, Databases, ERP tool
  • Proven experience of complex project/change management in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Experience of driving innovation in the organization
  • Experience of shaping and leading on vision, strategy and digital initiatives that set the key strategic technology direction for an organization or function
  • Excellent knowledge of the modern technology trends, enterprise IT landscape/infrastructure
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in IT Service Management (ITIL)
  • MSC in Management is a plus
  • Project Management Certification (Optional)
