Total Rewards Manager

Job Purpose

To Develop, manage and implement a robust Rewards strategy, policies and procedures to ensure that the company rewards schemes are equitable, transparent and competitive to attract and retain talents in alignment with Heineken Global and regional rewards strategy and OPCO strategic objectives.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Works closely with the regional and global Heineken offices and HRD to cascade global direction and tailor a country based rewards strategy.
  2. Manages personnel expenses, salaries, wages, benefits, budget to ensure efficiency and right balance to business financial goals
  3. Monitors budget expenditures on a regular basis and conducts budget reviews yearly to verify the plan is managed correctly.
  4. Carries out salary and pay planning, as well as benchmark analysis, in order to establish competitive reward structure and manage all pay raise related recommendations.
  5. Develops scenarios for the yearly profit sharing, annual increase and all related compensation and benefits initiatives and oversees the execution.
  6. Manages the company grading structure and job evaluation process to ensure fair and relevant job grades mapping.
  7. Manages the benefits portfolio of the workforce in order to sustain the value proposition and to promote Al Ahram Beverages Company (ABC) as an employer of choice.
  8. Facilitates the transmission of ABC's benefits to all stakeholders and suggests new benefits.
  9. Manages the company's recognition program and offers various criteria for monetary and non-monetary recognitions.
  10. Develops and updates total reward policies and ensure best practices of different rewards schemes/allowances, benefits, etc.. is applied
  11. Presents all rewards related business cases and initiatives to management team, leadership team and Heineken global/regional offices to ensure buy-in, compliance to support decision making.
  12. Manages proper communication plan to different stakeholders and employees an all rewards related communication.
  13. Provides management team/ HRD and HRBP’s any related rewards advice to ensure alignment with business goals and global directions.
  14. Overseas the payroll execution process by working closely with payroll lead and review related reports to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  15. Manage and coach total rewards team performance development.

 

Education & Experiences

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferable

Years of Experience: 10 – 15 years of experience in relevant function in HR (Rewards, Business Partnering, etc)

Qualifications & Other Requirements: Excellent command of English Language
