Telematics Administrator - IT

Functional Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as first line support for Telematics related topics (Connectivity – Hardware Failure - Software issues- Inventory and custody).
  • Leading the Telematics structure with department coordinators
  • Real time monitoring all the fleet management performance and alerts.
  • Real time follow up with area owners including leased vehicles
  • Manage Telematics monthly visit with supplier and Business Process Owners.
  • Do Sites Visits on monthly base for all ABC sites.
  • Creates Telematics related reports and Dashboards with continues development and customization.
  • Validate the violations with Business Process Owners and Safety Team
  • Manage master-data of ABC Fleet
  • Manage supplier invoices – Monitor SLA – Ensure Contract conditions.
  • Follow up on the monthly Telematics maintenance with supplier and ABC stack-holders
  • Create investigation report of any accident and send it safety team.
  • Fleet and system technology watching to use the latest technologies
  • Fleet structure modification / update
  • Train other Fleet members how to deal with fleet system,  generate needed reports – check notification and Alarms
  • Manage alerts work flow update and modification
  • PM scheduling  and CM organizing and consolidate maintenance data
  • Ensure the telematics system is up to date with the latest technology and Heineken requirements.
