Job Purpose:
Supporting end users; creating new computers, repairing hardware, monitoring IT assets, and contributing to customer satisfaction. Acting as the first line of support for all IT hardware issues. Managing IT inventory on a daily basis and maintaining accurate custody records in accordance with the hiring and issuance cycle 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Point of contact with suppliers, responsible for following up on devices sent for repair to ensure everything is on track.
• Weekly reporting on sent devices and their status.
• Basic computer setup through manual operating system installation.Responsible for first-level diagnostics of UPS devices, printers, and projectors.
• Inspect all devices before entering the storage (computers, printers, copiers, projectors).
• Responsible for installing and testing computers and printers at various company sites.
• Provide support for device installation or inspection/replacement of cables or any peripheral devices.
• Maintain daily warehouse transactions.
• Prepare the sale and scrap list for approval and proceed according to company policy
• Organize and arrange the repair room, record and track all repair room issues from receiving the problem to delivering it to the userProvide first-line support for ABC devices (such as printers, projectors, tablets, and GPS devices)
• Perform passive network cabling installation, labeling, testing, and maintenance.
• Handle network device replacements, including switches, access points, and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CCTV/camera system issues, including connectivity, configuration, and hardware faults.
• Support IT team with on-site technical tasks as required.
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed tasks and updates.

Education & Qualification :

• Bachelor of Computer science
• Min 1 year of relevant experience 
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience in passive cabling and hardware replacement is preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English Language
