Revenue Management Lead

Scope of the Job

  • Deliver analytics & insights, and develop RMG initiatives for each RMG pillar to address Opco strategic business questions
  • Bring RMG initiatives into fruition with Opco teams

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish Opco commercial context by analysing and synthesizing market data of various sources (category, consumer, customer, company, competition)
  • Initiate,  structure and  run  deep-dive analytics for specific RMG pillars, provide insights and develop RMG initiatives to address Opcos strategic business questions   
  • Bring RMG initiatives into fruition with Opco teams
  • Establish and maintain a routine set of analytics for each RMG pillar to be discussed in various  governance moments and planning cycles

Communication and Work Relationships

  • Internal:
    • Opco MTs, CMI, commerce, finance
    • AME regional commerce team
    • Global RMG team
  • External:
    • Research agencies

Competency

  • Strong commercial analytical skills in building analytics and mining insights
  • Strong in collaboration x-functionally (building rapport with Opco commerce and finance team)
  • Prioritization skills to apply herself/himself & team to where it makes most impact and remain agile to changing circumstances

Experience & Qualifications

  • +5 years RMG, CMI or commercial experience in FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • English level: proficient
  • Undergraduate
