Regional Technology Specialist - Developer Robotics and Automation

Role purpose:

This role is part of the Global D&T department of HEINEKEN International and Specifically the AMEE Regional team, D&T is proud to bring cutting-edge innovation, strong technology, and advanced analytics to HEINEKEN. With speed and agility, we ensure HEINEKEN has the technological competitive advantages it needs to deliver on its ambition.

You will be part of the AME HyperAutomation Hub team (AHH), which is one of the regional hubs within the Technology stream. AHH is a fusion team focusing on embedding technology into business by identifying & implementing automation opportunities across HEINEKEN AME Operating companies, aligned with the governance and platforms offered by Global Smart Technologies team, which consists of different product teams specialized in RPA (UiPath), Low Code solutions (MS Power Platform / OutSystems), Cognitive AI and OutSystems.

As Developer R&A you have a primary task to develop, support, and implement different automation projects following global governance, you should have good experience in the application of standard software development principles. In addition, you would be supporting business stakeholders with automation identification, preparation, designing and refining the requirements to maximize value out of potential automation use case, you will be working in close cooperation with our HEINEKEN business teams within our OpCos and Global products teams. As part of the team, you will also support hub team with internal projects like driving Proof of Value’s and process optimizations.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Develop, support, and implement new or existing applications using available toolkit in compliance with HEINEKEN standards and guidelines.
• Ensuring optimum performance, availability, and security of solutions are in accordance with security standards and policies, having governance and control adhered in all stages.
• Liaise with business SMEs to be a point of contact for automation technical expertise, this can include driving awareness, trainings, and ideation sessions to identify and produce functional requirements.
• Conducts business process analysis along with data collection to identify areas for improvement and automation while considering interdependencies.
• Translating functional requirements of potential business processes automation into technical design and providing adequate documentation.
• Integrate automation solutions with other global solutions and the HEINEKEN data lake.
• Deliver product enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero-defect culture.
• Pro-actively exploring new technologies, products and features that can be combined with current toolkit.
• Driving Proof of Value’s and other internal team projects.
• Actively participating in all the team agile ceremonies: daily scrum meeting, sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.

You are a good Candidate if:

• You have Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering.
• You speak English fluently, French is a plus
• Hands-on developing experience working on Power Platform / UiPath projects for at least 3-5 years.
• Preferable to have certifications is Power Platform / UiPath / OutSystems or other automations technologies.
• Working with database models (SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, and SQL)
• Can act as project team lead.
• Preferable to have Project Management skills.

• You can support decision making and recommendations about which technology is the most suitable for the business process / problem.

• You have experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles.
• Preferably you have experience with working in an Agile environment.
• Preferably you have experience with working with additional technologies like OCR, IDP and/or Process Mining
