Process and Control Improvement Specialist - P&CI - Temp

We are looking for an accounting or finance fresh graduate passionate for accounting, audit and continious improvement who will be supporting our internal audit departement in interesting operations like controls monitoring, process and controls management, continuous process improvement framework, compliance, assurance, mismanagement, and fraud management.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Establishes process-related policies and oversees process improvement.
  2.  Supports the team with the markets of Algeria, Tunisia, and La Réunion.
  3. Improves the overall control environment.
  4.  Ensures that the P&CI's duties were completed correctly.
  5. Delivers on schedule and in full, with the necessary quality measures.
  6. Monitors the progress of various activities and projects in order to take appropriate action on a timely manner.
  7. Works with the team to examine new rules and modified documents to ensure that all corporate governance requirements are met.
  8.  Examines the timely delivery of reports and presentations to the management team.

Control Monitoring: 

  1. Monitors and verifies the efficacy of controls, and leads the execution of corrective measures in collaboration with operations management. 

Process and Control Management: 

  1. Ensures that business processes and controls are created and maintained correctly.
  2. Ensures that controls are completely integrated into the design of the processes and continuously monitors the process performance indicators to detect any risk or potential for improvement.

Continuous Process Improvement:  

  1. Manages continuous process improvement in various processes by adopting innovation and creating self-capabilities for process improvement via training.


Education & Experiences

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business 

Years of Experience: Fresh Graduate

Qualifications & Other Requirements

  • Excellent command of English Language. French is a plus
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for different audience including Executive
