Job Purpose
Rotational assignments in different Supply Chain departments so that EDGE graduate will be exposed to all angles of functional business areas in addition to an external assignment outside Sales to explore other functional areas so that he/she would be ready to have a full responsibility on a certain function and to be one of ABC Future Leaders.
Job Details
- EDGE graduate employee will get to rotate with several assignments on different teams in the same Department he/she applied on, with total program duration of 18 months.
- Each assignment duration ranges from 3 to 6 months, he/she will be entitled to an external assignment in another department for 3 months.
- EDGE employee will have different direct managers according to his/her current assignment role.
- Edge Employee will get to land on a final position (Function) according to the business need and his/her preference will be taken into consideration.
- EDGE graduate program is a full-time job opportunity with an entry level Job Grade.
Education & Experiences:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree
Years of Experience 0 – 1 year of experience maximum
Qualifications & Other Requirements:
Excellent command of English & Arabic Language (Spoken & written)
Skills in Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint)
