Key Accounts and Modern Trade Manager

Scope of the Job

Dealing with customers who have a strategic role to play in the growth of an organization. When talking, ensuring that the customer’s needs and expectations are met by the business. The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with significant customers, work in close association with various business departments, and thus maintain and develop the strategic relationships with the Key Accounts.

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and sustaining solid long-term relationships with our key customers. 
  • Create a strategic plan for business short and long-term growth.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and enhance current business performance.
  • Negotiating contracts with key accounts and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each customer’s long-term goals.
  • Supervising the contract’s teams assigned to each key client.
  • Maintain strong communication with various internal stakeholders: marketing, Trade Marketing, sales, supply chain, and all other relevant key stakeholders to ensure the needs of the key accounts are met.
  • Identification of market potentials, as well as observation and
  • Observe and analysis the development and changes in the market, business dynamics and market players.
  • Establish and supervise the company's internal budgets and the external budgets of its customers.
  • Put the customers at the heart of every business plan.
  • Compiling reports on Key accounts progress, goals, and forecasts.
  • Play a key role in strategic initiatives.
  • Negotiate with key clients and meet deadlines for long-term goal fulfillment. 
  • Address and resolve key customers’ pain points effectively. 
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to maximize profits through setting the ICP strategies that drive the business.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management exceeds 5 years.
  • Proficient in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • MBA in business administration is preferable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • The ability to build rapport with key accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
