Junior Channel Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handles the promotion planning and budget allocation for alcoholic beverages (AB) and trade marketing.
  • Aligns with the demand and sales teams on all on-going promotions and performs adjustments as needed.
  • Assists in point of sale material (POSM) management by regularly checking stocks in the warehouses in all zones.Manages outdoor visibility of shop signs and shop tents.
  • Assesses and identifies qualified suppliers and ensures constant maintenance for all shops.Follows up on the budget allocation.
  • Gathers input and builds data modules to assess compliance with PICOS standards.Suggests initiatives to optimize the business flow in all channels.
  • Ensures excellent brand visibility inside all channels.
  • Visits premises and manages the placement of the brands. Recommends options and designs for brand visibility and gets the necessary approvals.
  • Attends commercial meetings and provides input and insights to set the plan for the coming month.
  • Compiles data for the demand review meeting.
  • Develops and submits all required reports in a timely manner.Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and better understand market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
