Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to execute and coordinates all relevant activities related to all learning, recruitment and performance management initiatives across the support functions departement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles all screening of CVs and interviews for all support functions vacancies
- Support with posting requisitions both internally and externally.
- Liaise with candidates to ensure offers and documentation is collected on time.
- Handles the hiring of candidates with HR operations team post offer acceptance stage.
- Handles the onboarding of the new hires (welcome email, induction, etc)
- Update interview tracker with all vacancies status
- Ad-hoc support on various projects as required.
- Handles the people plan activities and ensure its implementation
- Handles the performance management cycle follow up with the relevant stakeholders
- Support with the succession planning and discussion
- Manage and support with the support functions learning plan and its execution
- Support and manage the engagement plan for the support functions
Educational background and Years of Experience:
• Bachelor degree preferably in HR
• 0-1 years working experience in HR/OD Field
