Fleet data and compliance coordinator
Responsibilities
- Collect, manage, and analyze data from telematics, fuel platforms, and maintenance records.
- Maintain and update Fleet Master Data with accuracy and consistency.
- Generate and present reports on KPIs: fuel usage, mileage, downtime, and cost metrics.
- Monitor budget vs. actual spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Process monthly fuel, maintenance & repairs invoices and ensure timely payment and settlement.
- Coordinate with suppliers for maintenance scheduling and spare parts delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Procurement, Finance, etc.) to support fleet operations.
- Monitor vehicle safety, utilization, and driver behavior using telematics.
- Review fleet checklist results and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Support onboarding/offboarding of vehicles, including documentation and system updates.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of fleet policies and procedures.
- Participate in internal and external fleet audits and support implementation of findings.
- Track vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance deadlines.
- Organize fleet-related training sessions and awareness campaigns.
- Maintain a fleet dashboard for real-time operational visibility.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, or data coordination.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and fleet management software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
