Digital B2C Manager - E-Commerce

 

Job Purpose

Grows the ambition and digital revenue of Al Ahram Beverages Company (ABC) via e-commerce by collaborating cross-functionally to manage and direct all aspects of the ecommerce business.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 
  1. Plans, creates, and carries out deployment strategies.
  2. Supervises the creation of promotional materials and campaigns, as well as the monitoring of performance statistics, website traffic, and product performance.
  3. Leads all direct and indirect B2C e-commerce from idea to implementation across all e-commerce channels.
  4. Optimizes traffic and conversion based on an integrated ecommerce key performance indicator dashboard.
  5. Coordinates the use of brand activation tools and messages across many digital channels.
  6. Leads the operational e-commerce company in terms of revenue growth, order volume, client count, and average order value.
  7. Deploys digital solutions at scale and speed, as well as generates vital business information.
  8. Establishes, implements, and manages the e-commerce year strategy and budget.
  9. Leads digital process management solutions to discover efficiencies and enhance overall customer and consumer experience.
  10. Explores new business possibilities and alliances; creates an e-commerce vision and transforms it into a practical strategy (including e-marketing improvements, etc.).
  11. Aligns with Regional on objectives, performance, and future initiatives (including new platform functionality and continuous improvement).
  12. Maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders, represents e-commerce to the rest of the business, and collaborates with them to expand it.
  13. Manages the e-commerce budget; makes promotional and activation decisions.
  14. Develops foundations for converting ABC's social media sites into extremely profitable platforms.

Education & Experiences

Educational Background

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics is preferable

Years of Experience

7 - 10 years of relevant experience

Qualifications & Other Requirements 

Excellent command of English Language
