Demand Planning Manager - Planning and S&OP

Job Responsibilities

• Reviews historical sales trends, Baseline Forecast and research demand drivers, prepare forecast data with demand planners and sales heads and evaluate forecasting results.
• Leads the Initiates and improvements to demand planning processes and procedures through TPM implementation
• Key User for the Demand Planning Module on FuturMaster, responsible on implementations and upgrades of new tools
• Generates and discusses alternative scenarios on the demand plan for the S&OP process, with clearly listed assumptions and risk assessment on volume and costs.
• Acts as the Focal Point with Global FuturMaster Team for debugging any errors related to the demand plan module as well as updating the governance cycle for demand planning process

Education, Certifications and Licenses:

• Business Graduate, Preferably Engineering.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Power -BI knowledge is a Plus

Knowledge and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience preferably in FMCG Organizations
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial position
• Deep understanding of the Commercial field, including Sales, Marketing, Retail, Distribution…etc.
• Deep understanding of Data Modelling & Forecasting.
• Profound Knowledge of commercial ERP
• TPM Knowledge is a Plus
