Demand Generation Manager - E-Commerce

Scope of the Job

The Growth Marketing Manager will work in the Drinkies ECommerce team of Al Ahram Beverage Company (ABC), part of HEINEKEN group. He / she focuses on driving demand for online shoppers of strong brands as Stella and Heineken, at drinkies.net, primarily through innovative online marketing campaigns, partnerships and on ground activates. You will work closely together with the Drinkies team, Al Ahram Beverages (ABC) brand managers and will have access to an international network and expertise of HEINEKEN digital marketers from around the world..

Functional Responsibilities:

 

  • Ownership of growth marketing and demand generation planning. Centralize and own marketing responsibility working closely with digital media Agencies, brand managers, and e-commerce teams. This involves defining a yearly calendar with all activities to provide transparency to the entire organization.
  • Define and execute a detailed digital marketing plan to boost awareness, increase traffic to our website/app, drive conversion %, reduce Cost Per Acquisition and boost Customer Lifetime Value. This involves 1:1 communication leveraging social media marketing, display / pay per click marketing, influencer marketing and email marketing for eCommerce together with the Media Manager.
  • Partner with brand and media teams to ensure eCommerce is an integral part of key brand campaigns, sponsorships and events.
  • Partner with brand teams to optimize creative and CTA (call to action) per channel and platform including A/B testing.
  • Maximize relevant reach leveraging data and/or look-a-like modeling from Data Management Platform, Consumer Data Platform and/or Media Partners.
  • Implement a constant optimization approach.
  • Reporting on channel/initiative results to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to implement new features and automate proven opportunities. Build a demand generation program focused on CPA (cost per acquisition )and LTV (life time value) to achieve the high ambitions.

 

Education, Certifications and Licenses:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Language: Fluent in English and Arabic both spoken and written.

 

Knowledge and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferable with experience in Online Retail, Food Delivery or FMCG industry.
  • Strong data driven analytical skills, coupled with strong marketing foundation.
  • Channel Experience & comprehensive knowledge of primary performance media tool
