Job Purpose
The Brand, Sponsorships and Events Lead is responsible for implementing the branding plans in line with the brand strategy objectives to drive positive and compelling visibility of Al-Ahram Beverages brand.
Duties and Responsibilities
Brand, Sponsorships & Events management
• Ideate brand sustenance activities in coordination with the team
• Deliver on the sign-off of corporate brand marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines
• Identify and interface with advertising / communication agencies to execute branding,
promotion/advertising campaigns and ensure adequate coverage of the events in the concerned.

• Manage negotiations with vendors like advertising houses, event & activation agencies, media agency, PR agency etc. on the various business communication related projects, etc.
• Lead the design and development of promotional materials, publications, and marketing collaterals
• Deliver on marketing events, trade shows, exhibitions, employment fairs, and corporate events to reach audience directly
• Showcase the company’s corporate brand, sustainability & CSR efforts at various events for enhancing the brand proposition and wherever possible liaise with Marketing team for opportunities that match products showcasing and promotion.
• Drive efficiency in processes by identification of cost-effective channels for effective brand related
publicity and advertisement.
• Plan activities for sponsorships and external events as per the yearly CA calendar of events and directives of top management (i.e. Corporate Brand related events at Chambers of commerce, Trade alliances, Dutch Embassy, Conferences and conventions, national sports activities, relevant partners and stakeholders events …etc ).
• Manage and Maintain company-wide calendar of all events, announcements
• Assess, plan and Manage ABC corporate brand presence through, Sponsorships, conferences, speaking opportunities image and brand presence.
• Ensure proper messaging and branding done through the collaterals
• Ensure smooth organizing of the event and proper representation of ABC during and in relevant media platforms post the event.

Qualifications/ Experience / skills required per job levels
- Bachelors in Business Administration, Mass Communication or Marketing
- 1-3 years of experience in Events & Brand Management or related function with project management, events and meetings organization ..etc .
- Excellent stakeholders Management
- Detail oriented
- Excellent time management
- Very good communication skills – both written and verbal in English & Arabic languages
- Flexible, adaptable; able to work in various and challenging situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure
- Able to work effectively and build relationships at all levels in an Organization
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
