Job Purpose 
Creates and amends contracts for Al Ahram Beverages Company’s (ABC) packaging. Writes up contracts related to packaging and then tracks those contracts through their life cycles. Focuses on optimizing packaging contracts for ABC’s best interests in mind.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.    Maintains track of packaging orders and quality.
2.    Manages all operations activities, beginning with supply and team needs.
3.    Maintains a positive relationship with regular suppliers.
4.    Deals with suppliers on a daily basis and monitors orders and payments.
5.    Reviews and evaluates prices.
6.    Identifies market alternatives for suppliers.
7.    Manages supply management, preventative maintenance, and a one-time report.
8.    Produces fresh ideas and updates the database.
9.    Creates, analyzes, negotiates, and executes contracts for diverse transactions.
10.    Maintains and builds relationships with vendors, clients, and other business contacts.
11.    Maintains contract-related correspondence and documentation.
12.    Provides contract information to the appropriate stakeholders.
13.    Troubleshoots contractual issues.
14.    Maintains a record of contracts and extends, renews, or terminates them.
15.    Keeps up to date on changes to applicable rules and regulations.
