CMI Manager

Scope of the Job:

 

Support the Marketing Services function in the integration of consumer and market understanding to catalyze business growth across all of our brands.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Marketing Services Manager in preparing annual research plans
  • Ensuring that all ongoing research tools are up and running; including but not limited to Retail Audit & Brand Health tracker
  • Developing updated and actionable consumer and market insights
  • Executing the market research plan
  • Closely supervise research agencies during plans and execution
  • Answering daily consumer and market related question
  • Updating the marketing organization on latest market and consumer

 

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Marketing Services Manager to build the marketing team’s capabilities in the field;
  • Ensure they understand the latest research techniques and its use;
  • Ensure that the team is consumer oriented and data focused
