Responsible for brand planning, execution and projects related to brands' management and takes the lead on the brands' activities.
Job responsibilities:
• Analyses & summarizes sales and research reports and come out with conclusions.
• Understands channel segmentation and customer & consumer drivers.
• Identifies category opportunities/ threats and developments.
• Demonstrates understanding of the differentiated roles of each brand within the portfolio and implications on budget allocation, activations and communication.
• Carries out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
• Develops strategies and manage marketing campaigns across ATL channels and online platforms to ensure that brands' meet consumers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
• Identify suitable marketing activities that affect consumer and shopper behavior.
• Ensures all brands' activities within remit are on time, on budget, on strategy and on target.
• Evaluates effectives of specific brand activities.
• Flawlessly manages the budget.
Analyses the profitability of each SKU by channel and makes profit enhancing proposals.
Leads the innovation process on low complexity initiatives (ex: line extensions).
• Ensures communication consistency across all touch- points.
• Flawlessly manages agencies.
Writes effective communication & media briefs
• Overlooks advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
• Organize events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
• Develops annual brands' plans.
Required qualifications:
•Bachelor Degree in Marketing
•4-6 years of Experience in Brand Management
