Associate People & Culture Business Partner - Supply Chain

Job Purpose  Acts as an advisor and a focal point between Human Resources (HR) and the customer. Supports bringing the business needs to the people agenda a drives the full people agenda in concerned department. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities
1.    Collaborates with the concerned department to determine business needs and align it with HR relevant functions to help meet these needs.
2.    Contributes in setting strategies to maximize efficiency in terms of manpower planning, talent management, performance management and learning and development.
3.    Evaluates the current HR processes and benchmarks against the best practices. 
4.    Identifies methods to increase employee motivation and retention. 
5.    Acts as a trusted advisor and provides constant support in resolving business cases. Questions and challenges others to get to the root of people and business issues.
6.    Learns and understands what the strategic aspect of customer needs is and provides guidance on how HR can support those needs.
7.    Collaborates with relevant functions in HR to implement activities such as recruitment, performance, and talent management cycle, the reward program, the compensation and benefits strategies, and other relevant areas.
8.    Provides support during concerned department transformation programs such as restructuring. 
9.    Provides guidance and support on people practices such as career development, succession planning, competency framework development, and others.
10.    Cooperates with teammates in POD team and relevant functions to manage the business and development needs and co-create functional academies/programs.
11.    Manage recruitment of concerned department in terms of announcements for vacant positions internally and externally and supports in the interviews and assessments of candidates using the standard competency based recruitment

 

Education & Experiences 
Educational Background   : Bachelor degree in Management preferably Human Resources major 
Years of Experience   : 4+ years of experience in Organization Development or relevant experience 
Qualifications & Other Requirements    
Excellent command of English Language 
Skills in Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint) '
