AMEE Data Coordinator Temp - Data Management

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that master and reference data is maintained according to relevant standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  2. Contribute to the development of data management strategy for the AMEE Op-Cos that is in line with the global strategy.
  3. Implement and ensure adherence to processes, and policies which are optimized in accordance with Lean Six Sigma principles.
  4. Upload data to relevant systems either manually or using automatic tools as per the data volume, leveraging the support of global teams where appropriate.
  5. Responsible for escalating incomplete or unclear master data forms to the respective data owners / requestors.
  6. In conjunction with Regional Data Steward and Data Management Hub Lead, initiate and drive data management projects across AMEE Op-Cos.
  7. Check the data supplied by Data Requestors for completeness, Accuracy, Duplicity & Validity across AMEE Op-Cos.
  8. Have a good understanding of business operations across AMEE Op-Cos.
  9. Lead cleansing Projects through different solutions as per Heineken standards across AMEE Op-Cos.
  10. Support and Perform the deployment of data management tools.
  11. Perform periodical analysis across solutions to ensure data consistency and integrity as per Heineken Standards and rules.
  12. Participate in enhancing and developing tools to upload and validate data.
  13. Assist business information managers in solving data issues.
  14. Align and collaborate closely with other relevant D&A stakeholders, in particular Regional Data Steward, Global Data Management and Regional Analytics Hub

Education & Experiences
Educational Background: Bachelor or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience in relevant field 
Qualifications & Other Requirements

  • Excellent command of English Language
  • Knowldge of Data Management Tools like Ataccama , Power Me, Collibra 
  • Worked on ERP system like SAP 
  • Skills in Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint) and Power Bi is a plus
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods and ideally Yellow Belt certified
  • Knowledge of industry trends and demonstrated commitment to stay up to date on new technologies
