Production Supervisor - Gianaclis Plant

Scope of the Job



Manage the daily business in the Production Department, from malt receiving to bright beer. Respecting the production plan and all safety & quality specifications.



Job Responsibilities



Functional Responsibilities:


  • Ensure safety in all areas & activities.
  • Manage the quality of our brands to meet ABC targets & respect the Heineken standards.
  • Ensure Clean & Organized work place according to the GMP, hygiene and 5S requirements through the execution of the necessary audits (e.g., HOC, 5S, etc.….)
  • Cascade ABC vision, strategy & targets on the departmental level & engage the teams for implementation.
  • Support the production teams to ensure the availability of the required products with the right quality.
  • Lead the implementation & use of the TPM tools & methods for a continuous improvement of the product & processes.
  • Scheduling and optimizing the planned maintenance activities in the production department.
  • Develop the knowledge & skills of the production teams to meet the current & future needs.
  • Ensure every team member can fully develop his potential.
  • Support the implementation and execution of an effective DCS to reduce losses and improve performance continuously.
  • Develop and maintain effective work relationships with all company employees at various levels of organization.
  • Submits reports on department performance on timely basis
  • Follow the Safety, hygiene, Good Manufacturing food safety, Quality policies, procedures & standards established within the company
    Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Comply with Heineken green print to win behaviors

Education, Certifications and Licenses:

  • University degree in Engineering, Science or Agriculture or similar experience
    Knowledge and Experience:
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
    Skills and Abilities:
  • Able to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Good Communication & People Management Skills.
  • Good Analytical Skills & Decision Maker.
  • Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel & Power Point)
