Trade Marketing Executive

HEINEKEN Timor is currently seeking for Trade Marketing to drive trade marketing actions (promotions, activations, and events) and performance in order to timely achieve volume and share targets in cooperation with sales team through building a speed to market execution and implementing brand building activities.

Position reports to: Trade Marketing & Key Account Supervisor

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation work for promotions, activations and events organized internally and/or through an agency.
• Follow up with agencies when needed about operation organization of promotions, activations or road shows
• Presence on field to check the quality of execution of the plan.
• Monitoring and reporting after external events around the municipalities
• Ensure the allocation and delivery of promotional items for each activation
• Step change the quality of display of promotional items and marketing campaigns
• Assists in projects/initiatives e.g. POSM management (On-premise), Space management (Off-premise) etc. which contribute to the Company’s goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance.
• Ensures POSMs are tracked and well organized with clear accountability and issue procedure.
• Ensures outdoor visibilities are executed to set standards (i.e. no faded signages, billboard lights are on)
• Ensures admin work for PR/PO happens ahead of schedule to prevent delay in sales and marketing initiatives timelines

Key criteria:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business Administration / Sales or related fields
• >1 years FMCG experience
• Experiences sales or marketing
• multi skills in problem solving, decision making, negotiation, handling objections
• Merchandising experience
• Fluent in English
• Tetum / Bahasa Indonesia / Mandarin would be useful
