Planning Coordinator

We are looking for a PLANNING COORDINATOR to join our Supply Chain team.

Job Purpose:

The role involves planning production to meet demand while balancing constraints in production and warehousing. Responsibilities include inventory projections for finished products, optimizing production/packaging utilization, and ensuring materials are in stock with minimal inventory holding.

Requirements:

• Minimum University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience of 1 year in planning, controlling, or financial analysis is a plus
• Good Excel skills and familiarity with other reporting tools
• Experience working with a large amount of data
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory management is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English / Tetum / Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong analytical thinking, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
