Planned Maintenance Team Leader

We are looking for an PLANNNED MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER to join our SUPPLY CHAIN team.

 

Job Propose : The purpose of this role is to plan, create, and review periodic maintenance, responsible for assigning and monitoring work orders for Mechanical and Electrical Technicians, coordinating maintenance activities, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time. The role also supports accurate record-keeping, reporting, and continuous improvement of maintenance planning processes. 

Requirement:

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
  • Experience in management, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a team
  • 3–4 years’ experience in maintenance and/or operations execution.
  • Proven experience in autonomous maintenance (AM), with the ability to train and coach shift and/or zone technicians and operators.
  • Experience in supporting the planning and organization of CILTS, PM days, and related maintenance activities.
  • Practical experience in coordinating and utilizing the work preparation room effectively.
  • Experience in managing maintenance workflows (job lifecycle management) and supply/work processes.
  • Proficiency in using CMMS, with strong reporting, data handling, and basic computer skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to support continuous improvement initiatives.
