POD Coordinator
We are looking for a POD Coordinator for our People department.
Job Purpose:
The POD Coordinator supports the business in proactively developing the workforce to deliver the business objectives and adjust to meet the skills and capability needs of the Future business, consistently targeting an increase in the quality of the OpCo resource pool.
The person will collaborate with other OpCo/Regional/Global POD subject matter experts to develop & tools related with Talent Acquisition & Performance Management & Development area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree and/or masters in Business Management, Human Resources or similar fields
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources areas, preference in international companies.
- Experience conducting the full recruitment cycle (announcements, interviews and onboarding processes)
- Experience in shaping and executing development and Training programs
- Understanding of Performance Management process and different stages.
- Good business acumen and successful problem-solving experience leading to lasting employee relations solutions within a business.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, ,mostly in Excel and Power Point
LANGUAGES:
- Very good knowledge of English
- Fluent in Tetun/Bahasa Indonesia
