On Trade Sales Executive

We are looking for an ON TRADE SALES EXECUTIVE for Dili to join our Sales team.

JOB PURPOSE:

• Responsible for driving sales and brand presence in on-trade channels, such as restaurants, hotels, and nightclubs. 
• Promote beer within the outlets, integrating with their promotions and activities.
• Establish business partnership and provide service to all consumers and increase in business growth
• Be responsible for managing the sales, execution, training of distributor and bar staff.  
• Ensure sales team volume targets are met in assigned area

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• University graduate in Business Administration/ Marketing or similar (preference)
• At least 1 years’ experience in a commerce role 
• Excellent market understanding and able to build and maintain relationship with good business acumen.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Responsible and problem solving and opportunity identification.
• Creative mind set with practical business approach
• Availability to work at night and weekends to monitor Activations
• Tetum / Bahasa Indonesia fluency
• Good knowledge of English is required and Mandarin is a plus
