National Sales Manager

Heineken Timor is looking for a high performing National Sales Manager!


Job Purpose: Drive sales as a market leader, structuring and managing distributors initiatives and increase market share with both beers and soft drinks products via different channels. 

Be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, building training and capabilities initiatives.




  • University graduate in Sales Management/Business, Administration/Marketing or similar.
  • At least 6 years’ experience in similar position is a high priority.Experience in FMCG, Beer and Beverage preferred
  • Excellent market understanding and able to build and maintain relationship with good business acumen.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal/written) with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts
  • High negotiation skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be results oriented and able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Tetum / Bahasa Indonesia / Mandarin would be useful
  • Proficient worker in Microsoft Office.
