Mechanical Technician

Job Purpose : Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance to ensure smooth production. Troubleshoot issues, execute scheduled and emergency repairs, adhere to safety standards, and drive improvements to reduce downtime and optimize plant efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience:

• Experience in Supply Chain or Engineering-related departments is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems (theory and practical application).
• Proficient in welding and mechanical skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance practices and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and improve machinery performance.
• Honest, disciplined, proactive, and quick to learn.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments.

Languagues: 

• Tetum / Bahasa Indonesia fluency
• Good knowledge of English is a plus
