Junior Brand Activation Executive
We are looking for an JUNIOR BRAND ACTIVATION EXECUTIVE to join our Commerce team.
Job Propose:
Responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of brand activation and sponsorship-related events across on-trade and off-trade channels. Ensures high-quality in-market execution of brand activities and sponsored events, supervises company brand promoters, and works closely with sales and marketing teams to drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales performance in line with HTSA brand standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in event activation, event sales, or in-market promotions.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to support planning, execution, and monitoring of brand activations and sponsorship events.
- Capability to supervise brand promoters and ensure quality in-market execution.
- Support and execute brand activations and market events in line with brand guidelines.
- Supervise promoters and ensure high on-site execution standards.
- Ensure strong brand visibility and consumer engagement at events.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for market and event activities.
