Business Development Executive
We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE to join our commerce team.
JOB PURPOSE: The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales and brand presence in on-trade channels, such as restaurants, hotels, and nightclubs; promote beer within the outlets, integrating with their promotions and activities; establish business partnership and provide service to all consumers and increase in business growth; be responsible for managing the sales, execution, training of distributor and bar staff and ensure sales team volume targets are met in assigned area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University graduate in Business Administration/ Marketing or similar (preference)
- At least 1 years’ experience in a sales role
- Excellent market understanding and able to build and maintain relationship with good business acumen.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Responsible and problem solving and opportunity identification.
- Creative mind set with practical business approach
- Availability to work at night and weekends to monitor Activations
- Tetum / Bahasa Indonesia fluency
- Good knowledge of English is required, and Mandarin is a plus
