Brewing Operator

We are currently looking for a Brewing Operator to join our Supply Chain team.

Job Purpose:
To carry out beer production tasks – from handling raw materials to producing bright beer – and perform routine maintenance activities (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening) with a strong focus on quality and minimizing waste.

Qualifications:

• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Brewing Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical), or related fields.
• 1 - 3 years experience in food or beverage production or manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of brewing processes.
• Good in laboratory and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hot, and noisy environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in Tetum or Bahasa Indonesia, with a good command of written English.
