Accounting & Reporting Coordinator

We are looking for an Accounting & Reporting Coordinator for our Finance department.

 

Job Purpose:

Responsible for monthly reporting, supervise day to day transactional financial accounting including general ledger, account payable (PtP – Purchase to Pay), account receivable (OtC – Order to Cash) and taxation.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Degree in Accountancy, Business, Economics, Management or similar

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in Finance roles, preferable in an international company
  • Strong Accounting knowledge
  • Ability to operate in a formless environment combined with the experience of implementing systems & processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail, work well under pressure and respect deadline
  • Driven, motivated with a good work ethic & attitude, eagerness to learn, agile and team player
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, mostly EXCEL
  • Knowledge of Timor-Leste official languages
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
