Accounting & Reporting Coordinator
We are looking for an Accounting & Reporting Coordinator for our Finance department.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for monthly reporting, supervise day to day transactional financial accounting including general ledger, account payable (PtP – Purchase to Pay), account receivable (OtC – Order to Cash) and taxation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Accountancy, Business, Economics, Management or similar
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in Finance roles, preferable in an international company
- Strong Accounting knowledge
- Ability to operate in a formless environment combined with the experience of implementing systems & processes
- Exceptional attention to detail, work well under pressure and respect deadline
- Driven, motivated with a good work ethic & attitude, eagerness to learn, agile and team player
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, mostly EXCEL
- Knowledge of Timor-Leste official languages
- Good written and spoken English
- Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
