Business Development Executive
We are looking for a SALES REPRESENTATIVE for Same, Aileu, Ainaro and Suai to join our Sales team.
Job Purpose: Drive sales as a market leader, to establish business partnership and provide service to all consumers and increase in business growth, responsible for leading and ensuring maximum distributor focus and investment on beer via excellent outlet execution. Ensure sales team volume targets are met in assigned area and deliver on outlet execution standards.
Requeriment:
- University graduate in Sales/ Business Administration/ Marketing or similar
- At least 1 years’ experience in Sales role
- Preference experience in FMCG, Beer and Beverage
- Excellent market understanding and able to build and maintain relationship with good business acumen.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Responsible and active and problem solving, and opportunity identification.
- Tetum / Bahasa Indonesia fluency
- Good knowledge of English is valued
