Title:  PMO Lead (Global Standing Organisation)

About the Global Standing Organisation

Over the past years, the Global Functions – Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Procurement and IT – have worked together to create a common set of core processes, embedded in a standard ERP system. These were delivered to HEINEKEN OpCos in AMEE, APAC and the Caribbean under the BASE programme. The Global Standing Organisation now supports these OpCos in Business as Usual mode to help them continuously adhere to these process standards and improve on their performance.

 

Your Role

The Global SO PMO Lead will be responsible for the programme management office of the SO and with that for overall planning and progress of all SO activities (plans, derogations and interdependency management, Risk Management, change control, resource planning, reporting)

 

Main responsibilities

 

  • Monitoring and reporting: monitors and controls activity status, risk monitoring, change control, derogation requests, approvals, developments, tests, documentation updates, etc. to support and secure the decision making on priorities. Automate manual PMO and progress tracking activities to increase efficiency (PBI)
  • Documentation and follow up: prepares and documents operational and tactical stakeholder meetings, manages RAID logs
  • Governance: runs and prepares governance cycle and senior stakeholder meetings (agenda, presentation materials, collection of input, etc.)
  • People: manages resourcing plan (including providing resource conflict solutions by re-planning tasks and finding creative ways to manage peaks in resource workload), onboarding, contact list, act as central point for lessons learned, templates and best practice
  • Stakeholder management: Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders in the Programmes, OpCos, Regions and Global functions, to facilitate a strong working relationship which enables efficient interactions

 

Your profile

 

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Prince2 practitioner or equal qualification
  • 8+ years of working experience in managing complex projects in an international environment
  • Demonstrated work experience as HNK PMO and able to work with sophisticated PMO tools, PowerBI and expert in Excel
  • Experience with ERP implementations is a must
  • Affinity with Data & Technology
  • Fluent English required
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading, coaching, and motivating a diverse team to deliver to a high standard
  • Outstanding planning and organising skills and able to build collaborative and fruitful relationships
  • Independent, pragmatic, self-starter and able to see the big picture
