Trade Marketing Project Manager

Summary of the position:

 

Lead the scoping, planning, deployment and ongoing improvement of sales execution capabilities programs and projects at HEINEKEN Cambodia.

 

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

 

 

Sales Execution Capabilities Programs

  • Lead the scoping, planning, deployment and sales execution capability programs and projects linked to the Sales Excellence agenda and EOE framework.

 

Continuous Improvement Cycle

  • Support the ongoing development and deployment of the Continuous Improvement Cycle and its key elements.

 

Sales Competency Development

  • Support the deployment of the OpCo’s sales competency development program including the Global Sales Academy

 

Cross Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Extensive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement including with field sales, brand marketing, finance and supply chain

 

Agility and Flexibility

  • HEINEKEN Cambodia is at an exciting a state of restructure and development. Therefore, there will be several other programs and developments which will require support at different times. We expect the candidate to be flexible and agile in identifying and supporting opportunities as they arise

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or any related fields.
  • Good command in English, both written and spoken
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales, trade marketing or business experience. • Excellent Project Management skills essential.
  • Good in people management and coaching.
