Technician I Brewing

Purpose: The Technician I (Brewing) will manage the whole brewing process including Brew house, Fermentation, Yeast, filtration and Cleaning in place (CIP) to ensure it is being carried out in accordance with set quality standards and procedures;

 

Responsibilities:
- All sampling and quality checks completed on time, in full within his/her own shift and signed off;
- All out of specification products are appropriately managed within his/her own shift; including stop and retest procedure completed and reported via Daily Shift Report;
- To execute and help co-workers in a smooth, safe & effective way of cleaning Brewing equipment (TPM) within a set time frame and standard;
- Manage line start-ups and line shutdowns to standard to achieve target within Brewing department control.
- Additional duties assigned by superior from time to time.

 

Qualification: Bachelor or engineering degree in the majors mentioned

Experience: 0-2 years of working experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

Skills:

  • Good time management and able to prioritise
  • Good proficiency of English (reading, writing, spoken and listening)
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office package and Microsoft 365); experience in use of ERP systems is a plus
  • Problem solving and reporting
  • Excellent execution of required processes and tasks
