Senior Media Manager

Job Duties

  • Excellent planning abilities: Must be extremely well-organized. It's particularly useful if an individual has prior experience in broadcast, print, outdoor, online and radio.
  • Traditional Media : Must have knowledge in traditional media buying and planning. He/She must have worked on Traditional media strategies for brands and in particular helped increase in maximizing media reach against the TG. Help Brand grow by using effective media mix tools and contribute to organizational business objectives.
  • Social media savvy: It helps to have a continued awareness of the latest social media and advertising trends. This includes paid & earned media, engagement strategy, run campaigns, individual data driven marketing tools and social listening.
  • Negotiation skills: People with superb negotiation skills can achieve great pricing and audience reach for their clients.
  • Stress management: Working well under pressure, and thriving under tight deadlines are key for success in this position.
  • Team player: Individuals that can easily work with a wide range of people, including clients, salespeople and their own staff will excel.
  • Analytical: Analytical minds have an edge because they can analyze research data to determine the best placement for the client's needs.
  • Bringing stories to live:
  1. Co-develop a focused and targeted media strategy to bring the brand stories to live
  2. Work together with the digital channel editorial team providing content for the quarterly website and all social media channels
  • Create thought-leadership platforms for brand owners in the core areas of:
  1. Digital innovation – Content and digital engagements.
  2. sing brands to drive new consumer behaviours (responsible consumption/sustainability)
  3. Changing dynamic of urbanisation and its impact on consumers and their relationships with brands.
  4. Create and implement creative integrated storytelling programmes to support the brand’s most important properties and put in place measurable key outcomes:


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree pr Master degree in Marketing, media management or related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 years working experience in related areas
  • Passion for storytelling; social media expertise; stakeholder engagement/relationship building skills; selling/influencing
  • Knowledge of how successful brands are built and strengthened
  • Hands on experience with a full spectrum of technologies, best practices and creative approaches to engage with influencers, media (traditional, social and digital) and consumers
  • Outstanding communication skills – written, spoken and interpersonal – to inspire and lead colleagues and agency partners. Have an opinion, be persuasive and possess the self-confidence and gravitas to advocate with the passion needed to sell in new ideas
  • Well-developed project management skills
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Seeks responsibility and accountability.
