Senior Brand Manager

Summary of the position:

 

Overall brand management to ensure the achievement of pre-determined profit, volume, market share and equity objectives of an assigned brand or brands.

 

Job Role & Responsibilities:

 

  • Brand Strategy & Development: Lead the development and implementation of the Commercial Plan for assigned brand, based on consumer & customer insight as well as category performance. Sustainability & Responsible consumption are an integral part of your thinking.
  • Planning & Execution : Planning and execution of all brand communication and media activity across all channels, including online and social media
  • Innovation & Product Development: Identify new business opportunities and lead new product launches.
  • Consumer Promotion: Lead the conversation with Trade Marketing & Sales to develop consumer promotion programs for assigned brand to achieve sales target and Brand Power KPIs.
  • People Development: Build a performance driven culture. Focus on talent and capability development, fully embracing inclusion and diversity.
  • Cost & Value: Deliver brand revenue target within allocated brand budget across ATL & BTL, meeting agreed working/non-working targets whilst continuously looking for savings.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relation or any related fields.
  • 7+ years of brand management experience of relevant integrated commercial planning, brand strategy, route to market, channel understanding, marketing or field sales experience, with minimum 1-2 years of management position (preferably from FMCG Industry)
