Marketing Manager
Purpose of the job:
Lead the development and implementation of the Commercial Plans for assigned brands, based on consumer & customer insight as well as category performance. Sustainability & Responsible consumption are an integral part of your thinking.
Key Accountabilities:
Brand Strategy & Development: Overall brand strategy management to ensure the achievement of pre-determined profit, volume, market share and equity objectives of ABC & Heineken® brands. With strong brand power, the ABC brand provides a unique opportunity to work on a regional brand with high levels of local creative development. Our Heineken brand on the other hand is all about shaping the future of premium with our number 1 brand worldwide.
Planning & Execution: Planning and execution of all brand communication and media activity across all channels, including online and social media
Innovation & Product Development: Identify new business opportunities and lead new product launches for the assigned portfolio of brands.
Consumer Promotion: Lead the conversation with Trade Marketing & Sales to develop consumer promotion programs for assigned brands to achieve sales target and Brand Power KPIs.
People Development: Build a performance driven culture. Focus on talent and capability development, fully embracing inclusion and diversity.
Cost & Value: Deliver brand revenue targets within allocated budget across ATL & BTL, meeting agreed working/non-working targets whilst continuously looking for savings across brands
Knowledge and Experience:
Working and Thinking Level: Bachelor or higher degree
Experience: 7+ years of marketing experience in FMCG
