Senior Business Development Manager

Summary of the position:


Ensuring optimal business performance in assigned area through managing excellence execution and winning through the team/people.


What you will do:


Operations Management

  • Ensure successful achievement of actual volume vs volume target in contracts
  • Ensure quality of work implemented by Business Development Team, with high productivity and cost efficiency. Specifically, in relation to call plan development (and review) and executions.
  • Manage product portfolio in listing, promoting, and communicating brand image in assigned channel and outlets.
  • Review and optimize operation systems (e.g. RTM, contract, sales tools, etc.) to maximize return for the company.
  • Manage productivity and profitability of the channel.
  • Engage and work with various stakeholders for result improvements.


Business Development

  • Identify, evaluate, analyse and update channel opportunities/strategies to ensure results optimizing.
  • Support brand positioning in line with Sales, Trade marketing and Marketing.


People Development

  • Drive progressive mindset, performance driven, engaging and open-minded attitudes.
  • Develop capability and desired culture for team and individuals through role-modelling, coaching, mentoring and other necessary means of people development tools.


What you should have:


  • Higher Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales.
  • 8+ years in consumer goods industry
  • 5+ years in sales/marketing for both on strategic planning and executions
  • 5+ years managing sales operations
